CON: The heating didn't work in our room. Jerusalem gets REALLY cold in winter.
PRO: Great location. 10 minutes walk from the old city, some very good resaurants within 5-15 minutes walk.

THe hotel being quite new still needs to iron out a few wrinkles and figure out what guests really need but for the most part the experience was very positive. The room, aside from the mattress being a bit too firm, was wonderful. The air conditioning was very strong and the bathroom sexy. The roof top terrace restaurant was so lovely, with it's amazing view of the old city but the best part of Mamilla was its location. It absolutely cannot be beat. I will recommend it over and over again for this reason alone.
